Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:10000-1:1000000. Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000. Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:100-1:2000. Pretreat sections with 70 % formic acid for 10-30 minutes. Antibody should be incubated with sections overnight at 4 °C.
